  They let Matalan expectations down. Manager girl walking around with a pizza talking about bridesmaid fittings and touching clean clothes with greasy hands, also another employee with energy drink giving everyone a screw face. Loads of clothes unorganized and some on the floor. 1 lady on the tills whilst a queue of 14 people. Lady kept asking on the microphone for help but a group of Matalan employees were standing round the assistant manager asking about her wedding plans. No offence but there's a time and place for that. Look after your loyal customers.
